Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item using the provided return label or instructions
Return Shipping
Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind: If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
